The Blue Cross of Idaho member app is the easiest way to view and manage your health plan on the go. Thanks to a recent redesign, the app is simpler to use and has more features, so you can get the most out of your benefits when and where you need them.

The refreshed member app is easier to navigate, with a streamlined dashboard and new features users have been asking for.

Here’s what you can do with the app:

• Find care: Find in-network providers for both in-person and virtual care visits. You can even take advantage of our expanded behavioral health options and connect with our trusted virtual care partners, Rula and Talkspace, from the app.
• Access your member ID card: View or download your member ID card or order a replacement card.
• Make premium payments: Medicare Advantage and Individual plan members can use the app to pay monthly premiums and view and download payment history.
• View and submit claims: See your claims history, submit a claim, file an appeal and view or download your explanation of benefits (EOB) statements.
• Check your benefits: Find benefit details and see how much you’ve paid toward your annual deductible and what you might owe for care.
• Manage your profile and settings: Opt in to email and text message updates, keep your contact information up to date, sign up for digital EOBs and switch between policies.
