Tips for keeping your cholesterol at healthy levels

  • Eat a heart-healthy diet that is low in cholesterol and saturated fat and free of trans fat
  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Get at least 30 minutes of moderate activity five days per week – 150 minutes total each week
  • Stop smoking
