3 easy ways to find in-network care

When you need to find a doctor, an urgent care clinic, or want to know where to find the nearest in-network emergency room (ER), you have options.

Here are a few ways to find in-network care:

Member app

Use the Blue Cross of Idaho member app to search for care, at home or on the go.

Don’t have the member app? Search “Blue Cross of Idaho” in the App Store or Google Play Store, download the app and create an account using your member ID number or your Social Security number. Once you’ve logged in, select Find Care. From there you can search the name of a provider or select an option like Urgent Care or Medical Care to find a list of results.

On the web

Visit members.bcidaho.com and log in to your member account. Select Search Tools, then select Find a Provider. There, you can search and find a list of providers in your network.

Call for help

Call the Blue Cross of Idaho Customer Service Department us at the number on the back of your member ID card. A customer advocate will help you find a provider in your network.
