Healthcare can be confusing, but our Blue Cross of Idaho member app can help by giving the tools you need to understand your health plan.
Access your member ID card
Don’t have your physical member ID card on you? No problem. You can show, send or fax your in-app member ID card to a clinic, hospital or pharmacy. Once you log in, select ID Card in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select Find Care to look for doctors, hospitals and urgent care, and filter your results to find in-network care. You can search for a provider by name or filter by categories like family medicine or specialists. Before getting care, contact the provider’s office to verify that they are part of your health plan network.
View your claims
You can review the status of your claims from the app. Select View Claims and you’ll see up to 18 months of claims history.
Review your benefits
When you need to find your benefits quickly, our app has you covered. Get all the details on your benefits by going to your profile and selecting Medical Coverage. You’ll see options like Common Services and Preventive Services for frequently used benefits. You can also select Summary of Benefits and Coverage for a full listing of your plan benefits.
Price prescription drugs
If you have pharmacy coverage through Blue Cross of Idaho and want to know the price of a prescription or find a pharmacy near you, you can do so from the app. Select View Claims and then Pharmacy Benefits.
